About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our amazing team in Kentucky. As a remote employee, you will be working from the comfort of your own home, engaging directly with our pharmacy customers, and providing them with exceptional support and solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms to address their queries, concerns, and issues.
  • Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, following up as needed to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers by providing personalized support, thinking critically, and adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with our products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informative support to customers.

Essential Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a remote or call center setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, think critically, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed to meet business requirements.
  • Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license.
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding customer expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a pet-related industry or with pets is a plus.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations, medications, and regulatory requirements is desirable.
  • Previous experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
