About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our amazing team in Kentucky. Essential Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a remote or call center setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task, think critically, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed to meet business requirements.
• Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license.
