About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Customer Care Professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer care to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Essential Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a virtual or remote environment
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software, chat tools, and other customer service technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a similar industry or with similar products and services
  • Knowledge of customer service metrics, including customer satisfaction, first contact resolution, and average handling time
  • Certifications or training in customer service, such as CSS or CCE
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
