US-Based Virtual Assistant for Printing & Shipping (Daily USPS Priority Mail)
Job Overview:I’m looking for a U.S.-based virtual assistant who can print PDFs that I provide daily, assemble them into a simple package (staple or folder), and mail them within 24 hours using USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelopes.What You’ll Do:1.
Receive personalized PDF documents from me each day (3–5 pages).2. Print the documents on standard white paper.3. Place them in a flat envelope (or simple folder if available).4. Ship via USPS Priority Mail (I will cover postage costs).5.
Upload the tracking number into our shared Airtable/Google Sheet.6. Occasionally make a quick phone call to confirm delivery (optional, nice-to-have).Requirements:1. Must be located in the United States.2. Reliable access to a printer and USPS/FedEx Office.3.
Ability to complete shipments within 24 hours of receiving PDFs.4. Strong attention to detail (correct addresses, deadlines).5.
Good communication; quick responses on email.Compensation:Flat fee of $12–15 per package (covers printing, supplies, your time).Additional hourly rate for admin/logging tasks if needed ($5–12/hr).This is ongoing work (expect ~5–7 shipments per week to start, scaling up).
