About the position

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with peers from other S&C Hubs to ensure knowledge sharing.
  • Resolves issues and effectively handles requests to ensure business stakeholder and category team satisfaction.
  • Understands category strategy roadmaps and requirements to ensure S&C processes are effectively designed.
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement in the business stakeholder experience.
  • Demonstrates tactical and strategic thinking in supporting the business through procurement.
  • Manages execution of RFx projects with values up to \$5 million.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end compliance contract management process with 3rd parties.
  • Completes internal and external 3rd party risk assessments prior to contracting.
  • Communicates outcomes of risk assessments and informs stakeholders about proposed mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of Sourcing and/or Contracting experience.
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of business processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Apps (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of compliant sourcing and contracting processes.
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP Ariba system.
