About the position
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with peers from other S&C Hubs to ensure knowledge sharing.
- Resolves issues and effectively handles requests to ensure business stakeholder and category team satisfaction.
- Understands category strategy roadmaps and requirements to ensure S&C processes are effectively designed.
- Identifies opportunities for improvement in the business stakeholder experience.
- Demonstrates tactical and strategic thinking in supporting the business through procurement.
- Manages execution of RFx projects with values up to \$5 million.
- Responsible for the end-to-end compliance contract management process with 3rd parties.
- Completes internal and external 3rd party risk assessments prior to contracting.
- Communicates outcomes of risk assessments and informs stakeholders about proposed mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Sourcing and/or Contracting experience.
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of business processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Apps (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of compliant sourcing and contracting processes.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SAP Ariba system.
