About the position
Responsibilities
- Process manufacturer receivables and associated adjustments.
- Assist dealers with daily inventory management, including creation of receivables and inventory transfers.
- Facilitate daily ACH transactions and ensure accurate posting of all payments.
- Balance general ledger accounts and research daily exception reporting.
- Identify and deposit incoming wires and review supporting documentation for dealer funding requests.
- Supervise and respond to incoming email requests in a timely manner.
- Provide customer service for automotive dealers.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years' experience in financial services or a similar industry.
- Administrative, accounting, and technical support skills.
- Proficient use of all Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Understanding of automotive dealership operations is a plus.
