Fine-Arts Sales Ambassador (Museums/HNW) — Research-Driven Closer
This is a SALES + RESEARCH hybrid. Sales-first, research-strong. You will work a warm list
of 30+ senior curators for master Diné (Navajo) artist Sally J. Black (sallyjblack.com) AND
expand it with your own sourced decision-makers (public links required). Mission: open smart,
hold consults, create qualified opportunities, and close placements with curators, advisors,
and HNW collectors.
Must-have: proven $25k+ closes in fine art/luxury; museum/advisor fluency; elite prospect
research & list hygiene; excellent spoken/written English & phone presence; 4+ hrs/day US
Central overlap; CRM discipline; IACA-respectful language. No hourly—outcomes are proof-gated.
Compensation — Model B (all pay on Upwork)
• 30-day sprint: $1,250 fixed via milestones (onboard → setup → 6 consults held → 2 QO summaries).
• Bonuses: $50/Qualified Consult (our Calendly/Zoom; org email; recording);
$250/Qualified Opportunity (budget band + ≤90-day timeline + decision-maker confirmed + next meeting booked; recap from our domain);
$1,000/Placement (pays 7–14 days after cleared funds).
• Accelerator: 10% above reserve (6% if house lead), cap $7,500; pre-approval over $35k.
