**Job Summary**
As a Customer Assistant in our Replenishment team, you will be responsible for replenishing stock on our shelves, ensuring that our customers have access to the products they need. You will also be trained across various departments, including Market Street and Service, and will be required to work in different areas of the store as needed. **Key Responsibilities**
* Replenish stock on shelves to ensure that our customers have access to a wide range of products
* Work in different areas of the store, including Market Street and Service, as needed
* Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries in a friendly and helpful manner
* Use your own initiative to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
* Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and use a range of equipment safely and effectively
* Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives
**Essential Qualifications and Skills**
* Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a replenishment or stockroom role
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use your own initiative
* Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a till
* Ability to lift and move stock, and to work at heights (where necessary)
* Basic computer skills and ability to use a range of equipment, including scanners and stockroom software
**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment
* Knowledge of stockroom procedures and practices
* Experience of working in a team environment and contributing to store goals and objectives
* Basic knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and practices
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
