**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our clients, and driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling our products. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responding to their queries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products, and for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to drive sales growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs
* Build strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and developing and maintaining relationships to drive sales growth
* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products, and develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, and be able to communicate their benefits and features to clients
* Work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Develop and maintain accurate records of client interactions, including sales calls, meetings, and correspondence
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services, and to improve sales and customer service skills
**Essential Qualifications**
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of success
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Ability to maintain accurate records and reports, and to analyze data to inform sales and customer service strategies
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a similar industry
* Strong knowledge of our products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop this knowledge
* Experience with sales and customer service software and systems, such as CRM and sales force automation tools
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
* Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
