**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Professional in our Commercial & Merchant Servicing department, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing excellent levels of service to blithequark's UK merchants, responding to phone calls and cases in a timely and accurate manner
* Resolving customer issues promptly and effectively, using your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions
* Managing a workflow in line with departmental and individual goals, ensuring that you meet departmental quality standards
* Working in a fast-paced environment with a variety of day-to-day workloads, using your multi-tasking skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Collaborating with internal teams to provide support and resolve issues, using your communication skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
**Essential Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous customer service experience, either face-to-face or over the phone
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
