About the Customer Success Team at blithequark

The Customer Success team at blithequark plays a vital role in driving sales, delivering value to customers, and providing seamless on-boarding and technical expertise. As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will be an integral part of this team, working closely with our Product, Engineering, and Sales functions to deliver industry-leading autonomous solutions that drive value to our customers.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to lead and drive all aspects of implementation, usage, retention, and expansion of our Law Enforcement customers. The successful candidate will become an indispensable bridge between our customers and blithequark's agile and world-class technical teams. This role reports to the Manager, Customer Success and will be based in the Central or Eastern Timezone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build scalable processes for customer on-boarding and post-sales success, ensuring seamless delivery of technology and services to our large enterprise customers.
  • Track and manage all implementation projects, developing healthy customer relationships through proactive support and cadence-based follow-ups.
  • Quantify product feedback and brief executives to drive software and hardware engineering, ensuring our solutions better fit our customers' needs.
  • Create customer loyalty through proactive support and account management, advocating for enterprise customers and leading quarterly business reviews and customer check-ins.
  • Ensure expansions and renewals through proactive support, managing a portfolio of approximately 20 accounts and driving adoption to ensure long-term success.

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge or previous experience supporting customers in the SLED industries (Public Safety, Law Enforcement), with a deep understanding of their use cases and needs.
  • Ability to travel 40+% of the time, with a willingness to obtain Part 107 certification.
  • Proven track record of implementing new technology, agile development, and interfacing with technical teams to deliver on customer schedules.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on project management tools and concepts.
  • Experience with commercial Unmanned Aircraft Systems and related software development/deployment, with the ability to work directly with customers through proactive, metrics-based engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer success principles and practices.
  • Experience working with large enterprise customers, with a proven track record of driving implementation, adoption, and value of hardware or software solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Experience with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
