About the Role: Online Customer Service Specialist

As an Online Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the face of our customer service operations, interacting with customers across various digital channels, including email, social media, text, chat, and phone. Your primary goal will be to provide prompt, professional, and personalized support to customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience that drives loyalty and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming inquiries across multiple digital channels in a timely and professional manner, addressing customer queries and concerns.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
  • Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and preferences.
  • Direct customers to relevant product information resources, including those available on our website and other online platforms.
  • Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately, ensuring prompt communication and follow-up.
  • Deliver inquiries and messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly, facilitating a cohesive and responsive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Management staff to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the dealership experience, driving long-term loyalty and retention.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. You'll also need to be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with strong time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including Monday to Sunday, with hours ranging from 8:30 am to 7 pm, or any variation during open business hours.
  • Ability to adhere to attendance guidelines, with regular attendance being an essential job function.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
