Remote Inside Sales Agent – Real Estate Growth Role

We’re building a high-performance culture of motivated professionals — and we’re looking for a Remote Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to help power that growth. What You’ll Do • Make 100+ outbound calls daily through our auto-dialer system. • Prospect FSBOs, Expired & Terminated Listings, Circle Prospecting Numbers, Web Leads, and Referrals. • Qualify and convert leads into booked appointments for Advisors and Listing Specialists. • Manage the entire phone-to-appointment process — from first contact to confirmed consultation. • Conduct follow-up calls for past clients to request referrals and testimonials. • Keep Lofty CRM fully updated with notes, tags, and next-step tasks. • Maintain consistent performance benchmarks of 1 confirmed appointment per day (20+ per month). Who You Are • Confident, personable, and comfortable speaking with 100+ people a day. • Motivated by goals, performance, and results. • Organized, tech-savvy, and consistent with CRM data entry. • Self-disciplined with strong time management and accountability. • Thrive in a remote, independent environment where your results determine your rewards. • Experience in real estate, sales, or telemarketing preferred (license not required). Qualifications Required • Minimum 1 year of inside sales, telemarketing, or appointment-setting experience. • Proven ability to make 100+ calls per day using an auto-dialer. • Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills. • CRM experience (Lofty, FollowUp Boss, or similar). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred • Experience with real estate lead generation or transaction processes. • Familiarity with FSBO, expired, and circle prospecting campaigns. • Success in high-volume, commission-based sales environments.
