Social Media Assistant for Boutique Interior Design Brand (Part-Time | 5 hrs/week)

Arizen Interiors, a boutique interior design studio based in Boerne, Texas, is seeking a creative Social Media Assistant to help manage and grow our Instagram and Pinterest presence. Our style blends curated eclecticism, intentional maximalism, and global textures — creating warm, layered spaces that feel soulful, collected, and unique.
This part-time role (~5 hours/week) is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design, storytelling skills, and familiarity with AI tools to streamline content creation.
Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and schedule posts, stories, and reels weekly
Repurpose existing visuals into engaging content
Write captions in a warm, creative, and elevated brand voice
Use AI tools (Canva Magic Studio, Predis.ai, ChatGPT) for efficiency
Research trends, hashtags, and content ideas
Track engagement and suggest strategies for growth
Collaborate with the founder on upcoming projects and campaigns
Requirements:
Experience managing social media for lifestyle, design, or creative brands
Strong design sense and ability to match brand aesthetics
Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and AI tools
Excellent written English and communication skills
Organized, proactive, and reliable
