As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in our customer service team, responsible for providing timely, professional, and courteous support to our clients via phone, email, and chat.   • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, utilizing our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills, ensuring continuous improvement in customer service delivery.

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
