Job Overview

In this part-time role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Director of Operations and Sales Support team to provide administrative support, assist with onboarding documentation, and deliver exceptional customer service to our valued customers. With a flexible schedule of 8 hours per week, ideally split into two 4-hour days, you will have the chance to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, both in-office and remotely. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and effective communication with internal stakeholders
  • Assist the Sales Support team in completing onboarding documentation for manufacturer representatives and distributors, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all necessary paperwork
  • Monitor and support manufacturer sales reps and distributors, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Utilize Microsoft Office to communicate via email, maintain weekly sales plans, call reports, and customer contact files, and analyze customer data to inform sales strategies and improve customer outcomes
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through professional phone and verbal communication, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
  • Demonstrate product knowledge to answer customer questions, provide solutions, and build trust with our valued customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with customers and vendors through open and interactive communication, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience or 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline

  • Experience working in a sales or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of sales principles, customer service best practices, and industry trends
