**Job Summary**
As our Customer Experience Executive (Customer Service), you'll be the face of blithequark, responsible for delivering world-class customer service to our valued clients. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, social media platforms, and live chats
* Respond to customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Follow up on customer requests to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
* Assist customers with after-sales service issues, handle sales orders and exchanges/returns, and manage customer complaints
* Provide customer service insights to the blithequark team to inform business decisions
* Liaise with courier partners to ensure smooth delivery
* Liaise with stockists or partners on product delivery and other related matters
* Handle ad hoc duties as designated by the management team
**Requirements**
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or work-from-home setup
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Familiarity with Zendesk and Shopify is a plus
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
* Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the beauty, lifestyle, or fashion industry
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Experience with social media management tools
* Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
* Ability to speak multiple languages (English and Filipino)
