**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage a portfolio of high-profile healthcare clients, providing strategic guidance and tailored support to meet their unique needs

**Essential Qualifications**
* 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of success in customer success, account management, or a related field
* Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including current trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute customized success plans to drive customer growth and retention
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools and technologies
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
* Experience working with healthcare technology solutions, including electronic health records (EHRs), practice management systems (PMS), and other related systems
* Certification in customer success, account management, or a related field (e.g., CSM, CAMS)
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a distributed team
