About the Role As a Remote Beauty Customer Service Specialist, you will be the face of Sephora, providing concierge-level customer service, making product recommendations, and connecting with customers about Sephora's products and services. Proactively engage with the Sephora.com website and knowledge base to provide client solutions, staying up-to-date on products and services. Maintain adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring high-quality service and meeting performance expectations. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A passion for the world of beauty, skincare, color, fragrance, body, smile care, and hair care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and provide personalized service. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a beauty or retail environment. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide effective solutions. Proficiency in using technology, including chat software, email, and phone systems.
