Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team at blithequark. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. Key Responsibilities

• Enter patient and drug information into our pharmacy systems with high accuracy and efficiency
• Process prescriptions, including retrieving, counting, and pouring pharmaceutical tablets, verifying medication accuracy, and checking for potential interactions
• Assist pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining workflow
• Develop strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service
• Model and share customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a unique and delightful customer experience
• Perform duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist, and Store Manager

Essential Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of pharmacy systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a retail environment
• Previous work experience with blithequark
• Desirable math skills to fill prescriptions accurately, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
• Knowledge of store inventory control
• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
