Intern - Sales Analyst (Summer 2026)

Company Alaska Airlines The Team Interns at Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines & Horizon Air join teams throughout different departments and work on visible projects that impact our guests and business. Beyond hands-on experience, interns also get the opportunity to network with fellow employees and company leaders through various intern events and programming. Our interns also receive unlimited standby travel benefits during their internship, which means that many weekends are filled with jet setting across our growing network. This internship is for summer 2026. Our internships are full-time for 12 weeks, and we offer two program timelines to align with different academic calendars. This internship will be located in SeaTac, WA. If not already in the internship city, candidates will be required to relocate for the duration of the internship. Experience a work environment that thrives on innovation, collaboration and partnership. Key Duties + Assists in the development and formulation of sales strategies and programs. Provides data insights into program performance and market analytics. + Develops experience with the end-to-end contracting process - including contract review, ROI modeling, building of terms, driving contracts and related exhibits, managing signatories, issuing addendums for contract changes and documenting, and updating in our tools (Salesforce, PRISM, DocuSign) and the Sales server. + Helps with Sales event planning - including GBTA, market dinners, corporate happy hours and sponsored events (like the Boeing Classic). + Builds skill set using corporate sales analytics programs (PRISM, Tableau, SQL, Salesforce and Diio) that support the field sales team. Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills Required + Working toward a Bachelor's degree with a focus in business administration, economics, statistics, mathematics or a related area. + Familiar with data analysis programs (e.g. Excel, PowerBI, SQL, Alteryx, or Tableau). + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). + Able to travel as required for Sales events. + Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and have at least one semester or quarter of school remaining after the internship. + Must have achieved a junior or higher academic standing at the time of application. + High school diploma or equivalent. + Minimum age of 18. + Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred + A passion for the Airline industry and willingness to learn.
