Property Staging Assistant / Field Stager Salvatore Design LLC | Pocono Mountains (and surrounding areas) Employment Type: Part-Time to Full-Time (depending on project load) About Salvatore Design Salvatore Design is a full-service Design-Build company specializing in the staging and styling of Airbnb and short-term rental properties. We transform construction sites into fully furnished, guest-ready homes that reflect the unique design vision of each project. This is the most exciting stage of the process — where design plans become real, tangible spaces that welcome guests and create unforgettable experiences. About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Property Staging Assistant / Field Stager to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in the final transformation of our design projects. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and excited to bring beautiful interiors to life through teamwork, creativity, and precision. What You’ll Do The staging process includes three main phases: 1. Load-In • Receive and inspect deliveries, bring packages indoors, and organize staging inventory. • Manage packaging materials and track items in our inventory system. • Conduct local “property runs” for deliveries and occasional transport between job sites or storage. ️ 2. Assembly & Arrangement • Unpack, assemble, and move furnishings and décor into their proper spaces. • Follow design decks and floor plans to achieve the desired layout. • Report and coordinate replacements for any damaged or missing items. • Stock owner supply closets with essentials and organize staging materials. ✨ 3. Finishing Touches • Hang artwork, TVs, and drapery. • Style décor, make beds, and add the finishing details that complete the look. • Perform light cleaning to prepare for professional cleaners. What We’re Looking For ✅ Strong eye for design and aesthetics ✅ Ability to read and interpret design plans and floor layouts ✅ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills ✅ Basic math and measurement skills ✅ Self-starter who can work independently or in small teams ✅ Positive, solution-oriented attitude ✅ Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Requirements • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs; comfortable with ladders and physical work • Capable of assembling a range of furniture and décor (indoor and outdoor) • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Slack preferred • Willingness to learn new skills and assist across multiple projects Preferred Experience (Not Required) • Background in staging, visual merchandising, interior design, or set design • Light handyman or tool experience (mounting, hardware, etc.) • Familiarity with construction site environments • Photography or design styling experience What We Offer • Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) • Flexible scheduling (project-based work) • On-the-job training in design staging and project execution • Creative, collaborative work environment with opportunity to grow How to Apply If you’re someone who loves design, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in transforming spaces, we’d love to hear from you!
