Program Manager, InfoSec / Customer Trust

Join our dynamic team as an Information Security Program Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in overseeing customer trust activities and driving revenue opportunities. This remote position offers the chance to collaborate across various departments and interact with key stakeholders to enhance our security posture. Responsibilities • Engage with customers to share our security posture and facilitate audits and RFP responses. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely security information delivery. • Develop narratives and conduct security reviews for new products. • Support the creation of security and compliance language in customer contracts. • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to enhance the customer trust process. Skills • Minimum of 3 years experience in customer trust or supporting RFPs within the tech industry. • Proven track record in driving security processes and operational plans. • Strong contract review and negotiation skills related to security and compliance. • Ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and work independently. • Knowledge of security risks, vulnerabilities, and threat management. Preferred Skills • Experience implementing customer-facing trust portals for InfoSec documentation. • Background in supporting customer audits and engagements.
