About the role

We’re looking for an exceptional Product Lead to drive the next stage of growth for our high-velocity D2C digital product. We’re past the 0→1 stage and now entering a scale-up phase — your mission will be to help us 10x our impact over the next 3–6 months.

This is not a standard 9-to-5 job. Even though we’re fully remote, the pace is fast, the bar is high, and the work is intense. You’ll thrive here if you’re energized by ownership, challenge, and speed — and want to build something exceptional with people who care deeply about quality and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for rapid scaling.

• Work cross-functionally with engineering, growth, and design teams to deliver user-focused, data-backed improvements.

• Drive continuous experimentation — from conversion funnel optimization to feature prioritization.

• Balance user experience with commercial outcomes to maximize retention and LTV.

• Establish clear processes and structure within a fast-moving environment while keeping the entrepreneurial energy alive.

• Identify opportunities for automation, new product lines, and strategic growth bets.

Qualifications

• Has 5+ years in product management, ideally in D2C or subscription-based digital products.

• Experience as a founder, early employee, or product leader in a fast-growing startup.

• Deep understanding of data-driven growth, conversion funnels, and user psychology.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver impact under pressure.

• Energized by solving hard problems, owning decisions, and operating autonomously.

• Comfortable working in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats.

Location

Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

Interview Process
