- Coordinate tasks and projects with team members, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
- Provide exceptional customer support, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Design engaging graphics using Canva or similar platforms
- Assist the CEO with administrative tasks, including report preparation, data analysis, and other duties as required
- Proofread and edit SEO blogs written by our team, ensuring high-quality content and adherence to brand guidelines
- Contribute to lead generation and follow-up activities, identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships
Essential Requirements
- Based in the Philippines, with excellent written English skills and a strong understanding of English language nuances
- Proven experience with Facebook Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and management
- Google Ads experience, including AdWords and Shopping campaigns, with Google Certification an advantage
- Previous experience working with an English-speaking employer or clients, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results
