About the Role

We're currently seeking a talented and motivated Associate Software Engineer to join our team in Noida. As a key member of our software engineering team, you'll play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our cutting-edge applications, working closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
  • Designing, developing, testing, and deploying software applications using a range of programming languages, including C, C++, Java, and Python.
  • Collaborating with our development teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Participating in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, working closely with our QA teams to identify and fix defects.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to improve our software development processes and tools.
  • Communicating effectively with our stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and status.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • A full-time B.E/B.Tech/MCA degree from a recognized university with a minimum score of 60%.
  • Strong technical skills in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, and Python.
  • Experience with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, and microcontroller/processor programming.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
  • Delivery commitment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git or SVN.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering disciplines, including test-driven development, configuration management, and coding practices.
