You may be considered for one or more roles based on your experience, availability, and preferences. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with flexible scheduling and performance-based earnings. Primary Responsibilities (Role-Based) Remote Dispatch & Support: • Receive and coordinate roadside assistance requests • Communicate with drivers and service providers • Manage job assignments through our dispatch system • Maintain accurate service records • Provide calm, professional support to customers in need Field-Based Roadside Services (Optional): • Respond to local service requests such as jump starts, tire changes, lockouts, or fuel delivery • Perform light mobile vehicle services based on your skillset • Accept jobs on your own schedule using our dispatch tools You are not required to perform all services; roles are assigned based on your capabilities and preferences.
