Scrum Master - Survivor Portal
A company is looking for a Dev Lead / Scrum Master - Survivor Portal to oversee Agile development of a secure Survivor Portal.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as Scrum Master and development lead for the Survivor Portal Agile team, managing backlog, sprints, and delivery milestones
Lead design and implementation of portal features including account creation, consent management, and resource integration
Oversee development of responsive, accessible web interfaces compliant with security policies and manage integration with external systems
Required Qualifications
Must hold an active Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Minimum 7 years of experience in Agile software development or technical leadership for enterprise web systems
Experience developing or managing secure portal applications integrating with case management or benefits systems
Proficiency with Agile frameworks and backlog management tools
