We're seeking an experienced Airline Customer Service Representative to join our team at JFK International Airport. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including domestic and international airlines. Our team is comprised of highly motivated and ambitious individuals who are dedicated to making a positive impact on the travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring a safe and secure travel experience.
  • Rotate through various areas of the airport, including check-in counter, lobby area, departure gate, customs, and arrivals.
  • Effectively navigate through challenges and flight activities to ensure on-time performance.
  • Partner with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a seamless travel experience.
  • Learn behind-the-scenes workings of an international airport, gaining valuable insights and knowledge.
  • Develop strong problem-solving skills, adapting quickly to unforeseen situations.
  • Communicate effectively with passengers, colleagues, and stakeholders, demonstrating excellent listening skills.
  • Multi-task and carry out duties in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age, high school graduate or G.E.D equivalent.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • English proficient, with other languages being a plus.
  • Computer savvy, with experience using software applications and technology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an airport or travel-related environment.
  • Knowledge of airport operations, procedures, and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with passengers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
