As part of our dedication to education and consumer satisfaction, we employ numerous Graduate Gemologists and Accredited Jewelry Professionals. **Job Summary** As a Customer Care Live Chat Agent, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional sales and customer experience support to our customers through our online channels, including JTV.com and JTV Go. You'll be responsible for establishing and nurturing prospective customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and providing both sales and customer experience support via live chat.
