Data Entry Clerk

Job Title: Data Entry Specialist Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Fully Remote (Preference for location in the Florence, KY / Cincinnati, OH area) Pay Rate: $18.00/hour Position Overview A full-time opportunity is available for a skilled Data Entry Specialist to support operational data processing and administrative tasks. This role involves entering, maintaining, and verifying a variety of business and statistical data in digital formats. The position is remote, with a preference for candidates located in the Florence, KY / Cincinnati, OH area. Key Responsibilities • Operate a data entry device to input and verify standard or complex coded/uncoded business data • Monitor shared department email inboxes for incoming tasks or updates • Create and maintain spreadsheets and other internal tracking tools • Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure data accuracy • Perform daily department tasks with attention to detail and efficiency • Report to a supervisor or manager and assist with additional administrative duties as needed • Use independent judgment for routine decision-making when required Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • 2+ years of relevant experience in data entry or administrative support • Proficiency with typing (WPM), key strokes per hour (KSPH), and 10-key data entry • Familiarity with standard data entry practices, tools, and procedures • Strong attention to detail and time management skills • Ability to work independently under general supervision • Comfortable with basic data review and identifying inconsistencies Pay Details: $18.00 per hour Search managed by: Riley Grubbs Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
