arenaflex is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a Medicare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other customer inquiries in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy and a strong problem-solving approach to resolve complex issues
* Navigate through multiple systems simultaneously to access customer information and resolve issues efficiently
* Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of customer service experience or call center experience preferred
* Excellent customer-focused competencies, with a strong service-oriented approach
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to empathize with customers
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone
* Ability to navigate through multiple systems simultaneously
* Must score 80% or above on eSkills test
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Healthcare industry experience
* Previous Medicare experience
* Call Center Customer Service experience (inbound calls)
* Medical background helpful
