As a key player in our customer service operations, you'll be responsible for providing in-station, real-time support to ensure our customers receive their packages on time and with a smile.

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll be the face of our customer service team, working directly with customers, delivery partners, and warehouse associates to resolve issues and exceed expectations. Your role will be multifaceted, requiring a unique blend of technical, communication, and problem-solving skills. You'll be responsible for:

• Communicating effectively with customers via phone, email, and in-person, empathizing with their concerns, and prioritizing their needs
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair, timely, and professional manner, setting clear expectations and providing accurate information
• Upholding blithequark's core values, respecting every customer, and consistently delivering high-quality service
• Composing clear, concise, and grammatically correct written responses to customer inquiries, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Approaching problems logically, using good judgment to ensure the best possible outcome for customers, and making quick, effective decisions on their behalf
• Working a flexible full-time schedule (40+ hours per week), adapting to changing priorities and demands

Essential Responsibilities and Tasks

In this role, you'll be expected to perform a range of tasks, including:

• Carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 49 pounds, as well as frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching
• Standing and walking during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, working in an environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
• Using Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Outlook, and multiple web browsers, as well as data base searching and instant messenger tools

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, working closely with our logistics team to ensure seamless delivery operations. You'll be in contact with customers, delivery partners, and warehouse associates, resolving issues, and providing guidance and support as needed. Your in-depth understanding of our supply chain and local knowledge will enable you to make a tangible impact on customer satisfaction, driving loyalty and growth.

Requirements and Qualifications: What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related experience preferred
• Previous experience in Customer Service, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service and resolving customer complaints
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, delivery partners, and warehouse associates
• Experience working with Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Outlook, and multiple web browsers, as well as data base searching and instant messenger tools
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to changing demands and priorities
