About the Role

As a Senior Account Executive at blithequark, you'll be responsible for building and managing relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders. You'll develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics, and structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between blithequark and clients. You'll lead a cross-functional team within blithequark to collaborate on projects and drive client success, planning and achieving growth goals through the presentation of blithequark's advertising products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders, developing a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics.
  • Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between blithequark and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within blithequark to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
  • Plan and achieve growth goals through the presentation of blithequark's advertising products and solutions that will help clients meet their marketing goals.
  • Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses, and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
  • Build knowledge of how blithequark's advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital media, or advertising sales.
  • Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, having the following qualifications will make you a more competitive candidate:

  • Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context.
  • Experience selling against traditional and digital media advertising solutions.
  • Knowledge of traditional and contemporary or online marketing strategy and tactics (e.g., product knowledge across all digital advertising products areas).
  • The ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a customer engagement strategy.
  • The ability to leverage business acumen to strategically assess and help solve client needs.
  • A proven track record of achieving goals to drive growth.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $129,000-$191,000, bonus, equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and we're committed to providing fair and equitable compensation to our employees.
