About the Opportunity

We're excited to offer an immediate opening for a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Pre-Licensed Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and resolving complex customer issues.

Here's what you can expect from this role:

  • Resolve high-level consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on complex problems
  • Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns
  • Provide support to policyholders with policy changes and adjustments
  • Use excellent decision-making skills and innovation to respond to consumer concerns while adhering to company guidelines

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 6 months customer service experience minimum
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer system
  • Proven oral & written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work various shifts
  • Ability to use Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 6 months Call Center experience

Work from Home Requirements

To work effectively from home, you'll need:

  • Internet Requirements: Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 15.0 Mbps and minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 5.0 Mbps
  • No packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN
  • Proof of internet speed required
  • Clean and quiet workspace
