About the Role: Commercial Customer Service Support

We're on the lookout for a highly skilled and dedicated Commercial Customer Service Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at blithequark. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be the frontline champion for our commercial customers, including end-users, dealers, distributors, and our sales team. Your primary mission will be to provide timely, accurate, and personalized support, addressing complex and varied customer inquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with assigned customers by resolving accelerated front-line issues within established timeframes and maintaining regular contact through phone and email.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to telephone inquiries, addressing questions on pricing, customer setups, and delivery, while coordinating with warehouse teams as needed.
  • Utilize SAP S/4HANA for Sales Order Management, Pricing and Conditions, Availability Check and ATP (Available to Promise), Delivery and Shipment, ensuring seamless customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, dealers, and field representatives on contractual issues and questions, referring complex issues to the team leader when necessary.
  • Optimize the use of Salesforce, drive compliance, and maximize team performance, while analyzing data to identify opportunities for lead generation for Territory Managers.
  • Collaborate internally with various business functions, including After Sales and Service, Purchasing, Product Management, Marketing, and Finance, to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of all parts through company-provided training and continuing education opportunities.
  • Assign Service Solutions Salesforce cases based on territory and occasionally facilitate discussions with the Tech Team to address escalated issues promptly.
  • Engage in new dealer cold calling and onboarding, while managing the existing dealer base from an administrative perspective, including Order Management, Warranty Claims processing, and sales training scheduling.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present a professional and friendly image.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to multitask and cross-train in other tasks.
  • Demonstrated effective teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to receive direction from supervisors or team members.
  • Salesforce experience is highly desirable.
  • SAP S/4HANA experience is advantageous.
  • Related industry experience (OPE, material handling, automotive) is a plus.

Education and Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Business Operations, or Logistics is preferred. Candidates with a High School Diploma/GED and relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
