- Fulfilling customer requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, and forwarding requests to the relevant teams or departments.
- Maintaining our call center database by entering information and documenting customer interactions to ensure that all customer information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and knowledge management to ensure that you have the skills and expertise needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Developing appropriate reporting requirements as directed by your supervisor or manager to ensure that all customer interactions are properly documented and reported.
- Handling Subject Matter Expert inquiries and assisting other team members to ensure that all customers receive the support and guidance they need.
- Assisting in the training of new hires and participating in quality assurance activities to ensure that our team is always performing at its best.
Essential Qualifications
