Training * October 6 - November 5 (In-person Monday-Thursday, virtual Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST)
Nesting * November 6 - November 21 (continuation of training)
Hours of * Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST (flexibility required)
Contract 3 months (Possibility for extension based on performance)
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* High School Diploma or GED.
* 1+ year of customer service experience (call center, retail, restaurant, or similar).
* Must live within one hour of Oriskany, NY.
* Flexibility to work shifts during operating hours (8 AM - 11 PM, Monday-Friday).
* Intermediate computer skills with ability to multitask across multiple programs and monitors.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Prior call center or customer service representative experience.
* Experience with dental or other insurance products.
* Previous dental office experience.
* Strong keyboarding and computer navigation skills.
* Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to build trust through empathy.
* Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
