IT Administrator
Cloudbeds is seeking a superstar IT Administrator to join their completely remote team, supporting and implementing solutions for company leadership. As an IT Administrator, you'll be responsible for operational efficiency, supporting internal applications and hardware, and serving as a technical knowledge resource for employees. You'll work across various teams to determine their support needs and innovate a comprehensive, global connectivity experience.
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in IT administration across Windows and macOS environments
- Direct experience with Workday integrations (e.g., Core Connectors, EIB, or Studio)
- Proven ability to generate custom reports and dashboards utilizing calculated fields in Workday for operational or compliance needs
- Experience managing identity providers like Okta and SAML-based SSO for Workday
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and ticketing skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate across technical and non-technical teams
- Fluent in English
