ELEKS is looking for a Travel Manager in Lviv.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel and tourism industry
  • Experience in an IT company will be an advantage
  • Proven experience in organizing business trips, creating travel itineraries, and preparing visa application documents
  • Practical experience with Expedia Travel, Kayak, Booking.com, and other online booking resources
  • English level: Intermediate+(both spoken and written)
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Higher education (preferably in Tourism or Management)

    • RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Arrange reservations and select transportation and accommodation for company employees in line with established budget and travel policies
  • Handle and process all payments related to Travel Management activities
  • Record all travel-related costs in Jira
  • Prepare visa application documents and coordinate visa issuance procedures
  • Arrange travel insurance bookings
  • Prepare and manage all travel-related documentation (orders, approvals, supporting papers)
  • Prepare post-trip reports and ensure proper documentation and cost tracking after business trips
  • Meeting management: book conference rooms, organize catering (water, tea/coffee, snacks), and ensure room cleanliness during guest visits
  • Organize staff & client meals, taxi fares, gratuities, client gifts, excursions, and office supplies or services
