Account Manager to Create and Optimise Business Profiles on Yelp and Thumbtack
We are seeking a skilled and reliable account manager to assist with the creation and ongoing management of business profiles on Yelp and Thumbtack.
Key responsibilities:
Create and properly set up business accounts on Yelp and Thumbtack
Optimise profiles to improve visibility and attract new clients
Manage customer reviews and maintain positive ratings
Respond to client enquiries and ensure all information is up to date
Requirements:
Proven experience working with Yelp and Thumbtack (please share examples if available)
Good understanding of profile optimisation and online reputation management
Strong written communication skills
