About the Role
We’re seeking Account Associates to help support clients with account management, communication, and routine updates. This is an entry-level opportunity—no prior experience is required, and we provide complete training to set you up for success.
Responsibilities
• Assist clients with onboarding and account updates.
• Answer questions via phone, email, or chat.
• Maintain accurate account records.
• Support scheduling, follow-ups, and general admin tasks.
• Work closely with the team to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
• Background in account coordination, sales, customer service, or support is a plus, but not required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
