The Role Head of SEO — Pearl Lemon Group Fully Remote | Full-Time | Leadership Role Pearl Lemon Group is seeking a strategic, hands-on Head of SEO to lead our SEO division across multiple brands and global clients. This is your opportunity to take the reins of a high-performing team within an award-winning, fast-scaling digital marketing agency that thrives on results, innovation, and global impact. What You’ll Be Doing • Lead and scale SEO strategies for Pearl Lemon’s own properties and clients. • Oversee technical SEO, on-page, off-page, and content strategies. • Manage a global team of SEO specialists, content creators, and outreach experts. • Conduct SEO audits, competitive analysis, and keyword research. • Report KPIs, insights, and growth metrics directly to the executive team. • Stay ahead of search trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools. • Collaborate with design, dev, and content teams for seamless execution. Ideal Profile What We’re Looking For • 5+ years in SEO with proven leadership in an agency or high-growth environment. • Deep understanding of SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC, etc. • Experience managing SEO for multiple clients or websites simultaneously. • Analytical mindset with a track record of measurable growth. • Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills. • Bonus: Experience with international SEO and link-building at scale.
