Role and Responsibilities • Prepare and serve hot food items, including rotisserie chicken, by following company-standard recipes and food safety guidelines. • Keep all food preparation areas—including cooking surfaces, tools, and equipment—clean, organized, and sanitized. • Regularly rotate and restock ingredients to maintain product freshness and minimize spoilage. • Wrap, label, and store prepared items in compliance with health and safety regulations. • Monitor product quality by checking food temperatures, expiration dates, and visual appeal. • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing member inquiries, taking special requests, and recommending menu items. • Collaborate with team members across departments to meet daily production and service targets. • Operate and maintain kitchen tools and equipment, ensuring proper cleaning and adherence to sanitation standards. • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety protocols as outlined by company policy.
