Business Development & Marketing Virtual Assistant (Part-Time | Remote | Long-Term) - Contract to Hire
Job Description:
We are a U.S.-based digital healthcare concierge company connecting international patients to top U.S. hospitals and specialists. We are looking for a highly motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented virtual assistant to help drive our business development and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and generate enterprise leads (insurance, HR, hospitals, embassies)
Send LinkedIn and email outreach messages daily
Book and coordinate intro calls with leads using Calendly
Manage basic CRM (Google Sheets / HubSpot)
Post content on LinkedIn and assist in community engagement
Assist with follow-ups and maintain outreach tracking sheet
Support with email campaigns, marketing updates, and research
Requirements:
Strong written and spoken English
Experience with LinkedIn, outreach tools, Calendly, Google Suite
Experience with lead generation or marketing VA roles
Highly organized, proactive, and accountable
Bonus: Experience in healthcare or B2B enterprise sales
Tools You’ll Use:
Google Suite, LinkedIn, Calendly, Canva, CRM (training will be provided if needed)
Working Hours:
Part-time: 3–4 hours/day, Monday to Friday
Flexible but must overlap with U.S. mornings or evenings for communication
Compensation:
- Fixed: $150 USD/month
- Bonus: $100-$1000/ per month on achieving sales target
- Long-term role with potential to increase hours and pay based on performance
