About the position
Responsibilities
• Build rapport with customers and prepare insurance quotes.
• Advise customers on coverage options and convert quotes into new policies.
• Participate in a 10-week training program to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
• Utilize compassion and persuasion skills to meet customer needs.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
Requirements
• 2 years prior sales or professional office experience required, or an Associate's degree.
• Solid computer and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
Nice-to-haves
• Active P&C or personal lines insurance license.
