Customer Service/Scheduler
About the position
Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide updates
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer inquiries
Requirements
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
• Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
