Senior ML Engineer - Product

Description: • Machine Learning Engineers build products deepening customer relationships. • Develop and maintain reusable ML pipelines and systems. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. • Focus on model monitoring and optimization. • Set up deployment infrastructure and automated processes. • Steward good instrumentation and experimental design. • Build and manage data labeling and ingestion frameworks. • Understand member needs and financial goals. • Maintain a high technical bar through mentoring and reviews. Requirements: • 5+ years of professional experience working in a data science or machine learning engineering capacity. • Proficient in SQL, Python and have strong software engineering skills. • Team player — collaboration and communication are key. • Enthusiastic with research on cutting-edge ML solutions. • Care about understanding context and business impact. • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills. • Adept at proof of concepts and building scalable systems. • Deep experience in generative AI applications, computer vision, etc. • Experience in fintech, banking, or finance is a plus.
