Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Customer Service Representative in LaVergne, TN!
Pay rate: $20/hr
Shift availability: Mon – Fri, 930a -630p Hybrid

This position will work in a fast-paced, challenging environment to provide support to internal and external customers by utilizing strong communication skills to resolve customer service issues within the scope of policy. This position requires a high level of flexibility as it relates to cross training on multiple functions within the organization.

Effectively communicate information verbally and in writing
Maintain professionalism while dealing with difficult situations and/or people
Identify opportunities for process improvement
Interact professionally with all levels of management and staff
Multi-task and problem solve under pressure
Meet attendance and punctuality requirements
Operate computer systems, telephone systems, copiers, fax machines, etc.
Provide feedback to other departments regarding areas of concern or improvement
Manage confidential information effectively
Work independently and as part of a team
Other duties as assigned
Education/Certification Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Associates degree preferred
Experience requirements:
1+ years of high-volume call center experience
Typing – 40WPM
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Strong communication skills
Previous pharma products experience a plus
Excellent customer service skills

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
