We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives. You will serve as the first point of contact, helping to generate interest and ensure a smooth transition to the sales process. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls, send emails, and use other communication methods to contact potential clients. • Qualify leads by gathering information on their needs, budget, and decision-making timeline. • Schedule appointments, demos, or consultations for the sales team. • Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system. • Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not yet scheduled an appointment. • Handle basic objections and answer preliminary questions about products or services. • Work closely with sales representatives to ensure a seamless hand-off of qualified prospects. • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and appointment-setting goals. Qualifications: • Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales support preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong listening skills with the ability to identify client needs. • Comfortable working with targets and in a fast-paced environment. • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
