Customer Service Rep- Remote
We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To excel in this role, you must remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicate with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
• Know our products inside and out to answer questions.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
